"A lovely spacious apartment in a quiet district of Hyères. There was plenty of linen to make up the beds and a very well equipped kitchen. It was really hot at night (30 c) and an extra fan would have helped. The apartment is a short walk (but steep hill) into the 'old town' with lots of restaurants and shops. Finally a big thank you to Regis who waited until late to greet us after a very delayed flight."

"Mein einwöchiger Urlaub war sehr schön, die Terasse mit direktem Blick aufs Meer ist ein Traum und die Umzäunung ist hoch genug, so dass ich meinen Hund unbeaufsichtigt draußen lassen konnte. Das Bett ist etwas kurz (ich bin 1,74) ansonsten lässt die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Ich hab im Fernseher kein deutsches Fernsehen reinbekomme, DVDs und Laptop kann ich empfehlen mitzunehmen. Ich würde es wieder buchen. :) "

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Hyères. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et ont pris le temps de nous donné de bons conseils d'ordre pratique et sur les activités/visites intéressantes dans le coin. L'appartement était propre, bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la climatisation, le wifi, la terrasse et sa vue dégagée, ainsi que le parking privé. La résidence était calme et bien sécurisée. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente."

"Das Appartment ist klein aber sehr gut eingerichtet. Es liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Zum Pool ist es eine und zum schönen Strand zwei Minuten. Leider roch die Toilette etwas unangenehm und der Matratzenschoner war nicht sauber. Ansonsten alles prima. Wir würden wieder kommen."

"⚠️ A fuir, l'annonce que vous voyez avec les jolies photos date depuis au moins 10 ans. La vérité est que l'appartement pu l'humilité et la moisissure. A notre arrivé pas d'eau chaude remis a notre retour pour notre 2 ème nuits. Des champignons intérieure de partout. L'extérieur de cette appartement ressemble a une maisonnette abandonner. Et le propriétaire est un escroc, il n'a pas voulu nous remboursé notre 1 jour sans eau et pas voulu nous trouver un endroit avec de l'eau etc... Pour nos 2...

"PRO: Great space with a full kitchen and functional appliances, big balcony, and big enough bedrooms. Access to the beach is directly at your feet and parking was available as well which made it so much easier. CON: The space could have been cleaner, the toilets had a smell when we first entered. We had a little bit of a misunderstanding on checkout, which made our departure pretty stressful. The owner had agreed on a late checkout time but forgot about it on the day of. Overall good...
