"The location is top notch, the apt is very modern and clean. Restaurants, stores, and markets are within a few blocks. Outside noise goes away when doors and windows are closed - they are soundproof! The nearest parking lot is underground and very convenient but expensive. One disadvantage- 3 flights of steep narrow stairs."

Excellent restaurant recommendations nearby and very close to Picasso Museum, shore promenade and marina. Just out the door you’ll walk into an impressionist painting.
