"Because of the name Ocean Resort, we actually thought we would see the ocean from the resort. The shower/tub was difficult to enter and exit. The tub was slippery. It needs a mat for better balance and safety. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows for us were too big and lumpy. The heavy comforter was too heavy and hot. "The 6302 unit was perfect. With the ocean view and the noise from waves crashing, each morning and evening were pleasant and enjoyed to the fullest. While there is no AC, with the oceane breeze we did not miss the AC. We were out and about during the day so can’t comment on the stay during the day. The resort is very well kept. Would stay here again. "

"We had an amazing stay at this very special place! The location is perfect for walking to secluded beaches and is very quiet. The unit is tastefully decorated and well stocked with lots of beach chairs and equipment. The bedding is high quality and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts communicated promptly and their suggestions for activities and restaurants were wonderful. We are already planning a return trip!"

"First time on Kauai? Please be aware, nothing is Ocean Front. You may see the ocean, but all housing is high on cliffs and far from the water. "Great stay! The big water views were stunning, sounds of the crashing waves awesome, and the condo was spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We are a family of 4 (2 teen sons). We did end up pulling one single mattress to the living room for our oldest who snores which worked great. Area: Princeville is such a pretty area. The hike down to Hideaway beach is fun.
