We chose this hotel for a one night stay pre cruise. It was near the airport and had a shuttle. I received messages through Expedia from the hotel saying if I had any questions to contact that way. At the airport after 11 hours travelling overnight it was not clear where the shuttle would be found. I messaged the hotel. Never did get a response. After 45 minutes with no shuttle I called the hotel to ask where and when the shuttle would arrive. I was told it is on the hour between exit door 5-27. I was at 25. The top of the hour came no bus. At 18 minutes past the hour a very dirty old shuttle arrived. The seats were so stained we were reluctant to sit. After a short ride we arrived at the hotel. The clerk would not check us in until 3 pm, check in time. It was now 1:30 pm. We sat in the breakfast area while people arrived, checked in and were given keys. I’m thinking because we booked here and not direct with the hotel we were overlooked. At 3:20 pm. I checked us in and received our keys. The room was very dated and smelled of chemicals. The air conditioner had a musty smell. Again I feel that by using a booking site we received a lesser room. There’s no food within walking distance and it was raining so we ordered in. Next morning we had a limited breakfast in the hotel. Very few items on offer. Our ride to the port showed up after breakfast and we were gone. I’ve stayed at this brand hotel before and it was much better. For the price I paid it was certainly not worth it
