"I HAD A HORRIBLE TIME WITH THE PARKING PROCESS. The clerk at the front desk charged us for parking. The cameras automatically submit fines yo the car rental firms. So i had to argue to get the 100 pound fine cancelled because of the clerks error. Then i couldn't get the info from the hotel to get the 35 pound fine fee refunded. "The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location, although the carpark is very small and was fully occupied by the time I arrived. Customers using the hotel restaurant. Public parking is nearby at £1 a night. The room was very clean and well presented, however some of the furniture is rather tired looking. There's a good choice of quality tea, coffee biscuits and bottled water in the room. I'm very happy with my stay. Sadly I had to leave early and missed the breakfast. "

"Lovely hotel. I stay often for work. For some reason it wouldnt alloq me to book breakfast. I wasnt advised when i arrived if it was availbe or not. Two nights stay, Ivwas happy they have TNT in the down stairs bar. The tv wouldnt link to my phone or could i connect my firestick so one night i had to endure normal tv. Thats why 4 instead of 5 stars. Very clean and friendly staff as always."
