"Did what we needed which was to be a “spare room” for a Christmas family visit. In room 11 which is off the pub carpark so easy to get in and out. Quite a lot of noise from the folks outside the pub until closing time, but didn’t disturb us much. Terrible drain smell when we got back late on the first night but was gone in the morning. Shame we didn’t have time to eat in the pub itself which we know from previous visits is very good. "

"Arrived on foot from the nearest bus stop. The pub hanging sign is missing so i entered the premises and confirmed with the cheery lady working the bar that i was in the right place😁 After the paperwork was completed i had to pay a £50 non-smoking deposit which i expect to see refunded onto my card. I was shown to room 13, a single room, as booked and also shown where the washroom was. The room contained a kettle, tea, coffee, a fan, a nightlight and a small flat screen TV, so was well...
