3.5 star property

"The hotel is lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious! It is very noisy at night. We could hear every footstep and creak of the floorboards from the guests in the room upstairs and they did wake us up."

Holiday Inn Preston by IHG

3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (633)
"All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Parts of the hotel looked a little tired, mainly the carpets but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again. Possible the only negative would be the lack of on site parking. However, there is alternative parking elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Alex was working behind the Reception desk on the night I arrived and I found him to be a very pleasant, cheerful and helpful young man who knew how to interact with guests. The checking-in procedure was efficient and quick. The room was spacious and clean and the sound-proofing very good.
