The hotel is beautifully decorated with Beatles memorabilia and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We were very happy with the choice of this hotel for our 2 night stay in Liverpool. "

Loved it he decor and right in the heart of the city centre but not in the hustle and bustle, there are some clubs/ night bars down the same street but we didn't hear a thing, lovely little street. A plus is a little dessert place pretty much opposite :) thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"It was lovely clean rooms lovely comfortable beds and quilts lovely a la cart restaurant only let down was struggled in room 368 to get hot water from the sink tap so had to run the bath tap for 10 minutes. 2 minute walk from liverpool lime street great staff and very friendly will be back to stay again "
