"Best location. View from the balcony is amazing. However the facility is a bit old, although renovation has been done. The family room bathroom door cannot been closed. very little hand soap left in the dispenser so we ran out of the hand soap the remaining days. Water was not replenished everyday. Breakfast is good. delicious and wide variety. Cafe is right under the hotel which is very easy to grab food or drink or dessert at night."

"One night stay in a sea view apt. Lovely room with bathroom in the bedroom. Fantastic sea views and we loved our stay - however the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard and we felt a little disappointed by this. Mirrors - shower - smell of towels and a rogue slipper found under the bed. Lacks the attention it should have. However we had a good deal in the room so perhaps we shouldn’t moan! Breakfast was good - plenty of choice. "

"We paid for 2 studios/apartments but on arrival they would only allow us to have the 1. They also charged us €40 for having a friend around to the room on 2 occasions. One bed had a dip in it and our room wasn’t cleaned for the whole duration of our stay. There was no hot water in the shower and the fridge was also broken. "Amalia & Yannis are wonderful hosts. The villa is beautiful, well thought out and absolutely everything you need is there. When we did need help like a taxi or advice on where to seek a Dr, they were super speedy and helpful with their response. "This was unfortunate, we were unhappy. It may be nicer during the “season” but we were so disappointed we checked out shortly after arrival and booked a new hotel. Our “partial sea view” room had 1 window that looked out at a cement wall and there was no sea in sight… secondly, the entire “lobby” was under construction and the property seemed surprised at our arrival. "Nice hotel with pool and access to the beach. Good air condition better than big hotels I have been. The hotel staff were very welcoming helpful and friendly. Nice view with good breakfast. Walkable to Agrassi town with plenty of shops and restaurants. Take a Train tour in front of The Legends to Zakynthos town return. I will recommend Nefeli hotel to my family and friends. "

"We had the Deluxe Room with Panoramic View and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was modern, clean, private and had a beautiful view. It was up three storeys (no elevator) but we didn’t mind, however worth noting if that’s a concern for you. The pool area is relaxing and clean. The hotel is back from the main road in Argassi so while it’s close to everything you need, it’s also private and quiet."

Fabulous villa!

"We are just waiting to board our flight back to the UK - entirely miserable to be leaving this wonderful island and, in particular, to be leaving Andromeda villa. We had never been to Zakynthos before but will definitely be returning. There is so much to see and do and the villa is perfectly positioned. Ok - you can’t walk to any beaches but don’t let this put you off. It is a few minutes drive to many great beaches - and you get the joy of returning to your haven in the hills afterwards! What made the two weeks even more special was the totally amazing hospitality from John and Christina. Even before we arrived, John was so helpful in offering advice on car rental etc. And from the moment we got to the villa, he could not have been more brilliant. From arranging a local restaurant to deliver us a meal on our first evening (the ideal way to start the trip!) to offering daily advice and suggestions of where to go and what to see/do. We have rented villas for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like this level of service. On top of this, Christina made us the most delicious supper on one of the evenings and then we were all treated to a sublime barbecue at the villa during the second week. They are the loveliest couple. The villa itself is everything you expect from the photos and much more. Honestly, if you are trying to decide whether to book this villa - don’t look any further. I guarantee you will have a magical holiday. "
