"Katikies Chromata Santorini is a great place to stay on the island. Walkable distance to the town. highly recommended. "

"Very clean and comfortable room. The livingroom with several seating areas and large screen tv was a big hit for us. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many Cretan savory and sweet food that we might not have had if it weren’t for this breakfast buffet. Every staff member that we met was friendly and helpful. It was a great hotel to stay in Heraklion."

"Beautiful sunsets, gorgeous rooms, quiet, friendly, efficient, queer friendly. Lovely spa and if like a bit of exercise do it in the outdoor gym and watch the sunset at the same time. Special "

"Great location and comfortable walk to the old port. Staff were very welcoming and service was first class. Great breakfast, and waiting staff very attentive with endless fresh orange juice and coffee. Throughly recommend the hotel. "

"We loved this hotel, very clean, modern; excellent hospitality personnel and it has a beautiful view without the crowds of Fira and Oia. I would recommend renting car, they have a parking lot in the hotel, yes you can go walking to Imerovigli, some 15 minutes but if you rent a car. But is not so close walking to Fira or Oia (although is next to the trail, I would recommend you only walking to Imerovigli… the views are in the hotel)"

"Horrible staff!!! The woman at the check in is a total witch!! She was rude, not helpful. They do not have an elevator or a bellman to carry your luggage up the stairs. The staircase is marble and doesn’t have a rail, not safe when carrying luggage. The location is good but that’s about it. Oh, they did have a lifeguard at the pool (which was empty). Not worth the money at all. "

"First day we arrived, there was no hot water. Called the reception but they didn't help really with it. As for the rest of our stay, it was really good."

"My husband and I enjoyed the gorgeous sunset from our bedroom balcony. The manager Christine made our short stay here very memorable as she listened & gave us a very warm welcome. The staff were very polite and hospitable, The breakfast was delicious and fresh . The guy that served us breakfast was very nice too. We also had spa massages here and Moss the masseuse was amazing, she was pleasant and very polite . I'm so happy I picked this hotel , it met my exact expectations when I made the reservation because it's not very pricey and the view is amazing! The staff made a difference for sure ! "
