"The warm welcome by the owner (older gentleman) as you arrive with your vehicle was already a positive sign. He knew who were were and confirmed and trusted us while walking us to our second floor room. The stone pathway and stairs were super clean and maintained regularly by the owners wife. The room was large and also clean with a beautiful view of the private beach and sunbathing area. Breakfast is great not only becuase of the beautiful seating and fresh ocean breeze but the items were plentiful. He would surely make more if need be. Highly recommended when coming to Zakynthos. "

"Beautiful villa, Psarou is a gorgeous authentic Greek village, we found 4 lovely places to eat within 5 mins walking (Porta del mar - beautiful, Armenia, Psarou beach bar and restaurant, Kipos garden restaurant) all very friendly and lovely food. Beach 2 mins walk from Villa. Villa host Dionysios was amazing, picked us up from airport, very good host, Sissy is the housekeeper, she was fantastic, cleaned everyday, washing service every 3 days, left us treats. We will definitely return. "

"Accommodation, although on the top floor was fantastic. Everything you need and fantastic views. Beds were hard and the mattress wasn’t very thick but that was only negative of the room. Cleaners did a great job and staff were fantastic. There were not enough sun beds around the pool (which was quite small). Food in the restaurant was expensive and not as good as others in the area. No terrace or sun beds near the sea, so we paid and used the ones next door where the snack bar was excellent and reasonably priced."

"Our hosts Dionisis and his wife Aggeliki were wonderful. They greated us warmly on arrival and upgraded our room with a sea view without any extra cost when we checked in which was a lovely surprise and also gave my partner a huge birthday cake on our second day when they heard it was her birthday. They also gave us some gifts on leaving to remember our stay with them. The perfect hosts. Dionisis has made his own map of the island which you can have a copy of, indicating various day trips and the best sites to visit on each day trip and even a discounted boat trip to visit the blue caves and shipwreck beach (if you say you are staying at the Belussi beach hotel) Our room was large and clean with a lovely sea view from the balcony. The staff were all so friendly throughout our stay and we had some lovely chats with them when they were on and off duty. Every one of the staff were friendly from the cleaners to the restaurant and bar staff. I highly recommend you hire a car for the duration of your stay. There are three local restaurants within 5 mins walk if you wish to walk to dine out away from the hotel and a supermarket is a ten minute walk through an olive tree lined road. But if you want to explore the island properly and explore what it has to offer you need some transport. You can use a taxi or a bus to explore but this would really limit what you can see. The hotel has everything you need to enjoy swimming in the sea and days around the pool. The breakfasts superb. "
