She made us feel welcome and she has been helpful at all times with restaurants recommendations and tips on what to do around the island. If we could we would have given her 20 stars. "The hotel in general is not well maintained, it's not falling apart though - not yet anyway. There's loads of noise from the hallway, nextdoor neighbours and especially the upstairs neighbours. The safety deposit box in the room is an additional €20 which is a bit of a joke really. There was more artificial lights in the cafeteria than at a dentist clinic.
