The room was compact which was tricky as we had lots of skiwear but this was more than made up for by the hot tub, sauna, steam room and ski lockers with boot warmers! The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. You can park right outside (snow permitting) to unload before parking in one of the main car parks. Recommended, especially if you book one of their larger rooms."

"If I could rate it as minus 10, I would! You as hotels.com should mention the fact that this apartment is not part of the hotel/machu pitchu complex! There is no option to get any support if needed. When we just arrived we noticed there is no light in the bathroom. In addition the the shower pipe was clogged and the water accumulated and would pour out in every shower! "Noisy, cramped, beds with missing slats, bunk beds block front door (which is major hazard if there is a fire), no kettle when it is supposed to have one, toaster sets bread on fire, balcony room has poor fitting windows so is freezing unless heating is cranked up. Only the shower was good. Left after a few days and went to a hotel nearby. Stayed all over VT over past 30 years and this was worst place I have stayed. "
