"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

"DO NOT BOOK! The pictures are not a true representation of this hotel. It is dirty, old (falling apart), everything is at the lowest quality this is not a three star hotel. Room was horrid - thin and cheap pillow, shower that is either too hot or too cold (my young son burnt himself), overcrowded ski area that smells vile and not cleaned well. The staff don’t care or tell you there’s nothing they can do. The biggest regret of our family holiday was to book this place!"

We were in the Emerald block - which is the furthest from reception… but still has easy in and out access and gets the sun on the generous balcony from about 2.30 - for those seeking alternative relaxation to the snow. Nice restaurant with local food - large open fire, local free ski shuttle right outside the door (daily operating - except saturday - with hourly up and down trips) I rented a locker at Montalbert Intersport where I hired skis - Longefoy (pron.“Longshfoi”) is a steep but short walk 35 mins up 25 down to Montalbert base so you dint necessarily need to rely on the bus. "Well maintained property with all the basic amenities taken care of. It's well located, within walking distance of the Bella Plagne center with all dinning and shopping options. ESF Skii school is also 5 mns walk and it helped us get private classes for our child. The reception helped us with cab details as we arrived post check in hours with no shuttle service. I only wish we were communicated well on the exact property details as we wasted 1 hour trying to find the room details in Le Quartz...
