Another great stay in Les Lauzières
This is, I think, my 5th stay in the apartment. It has a very good ski-in/ski-out location, it is clean, the owner is very nice and it is comfortable for us. I just come with my son. There is plenty of room for us. I have always been very pleased with it.

Dans l'ensemble bien passé dans un appartement un peu trop petit cependant et qui est une véritable "passoire thermique". L'isolation de la porte fenêtre donnant sur le balcon est à revoir et un petit coup de peinture sur les boiseries du balcon s'impose avant de laisser pourrir le bois.

Lovely apartment
Our third stay in this apartment. It's a lovely area, quiet and very convenient. We skied to the door every day and just walked down the road about 100 metres to get to the slopes in the morning. I think you can ski from the apartment too. The apartment is clean and modern and the owner is very nice.

Wir verbrachten eine super Woche in Val Thorens bei besten Wetterbedingung: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Skipiste (Ski In / Ski Out), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind übers Sportzentrum direkt erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, bietet jedoch alles, was es für eine Woche braucht... Gerne wieder...

Séjour val Thorens
Appartement bien situé, vue face montagne c est magnifique. Par contre, annoncée pour 6 personnes, je doute car on était 5 dont 3 grands ados, au niveau de mobilité c était juste. Un balai en plus serait utile car l’aspirateur n’aspire pas entièrement et la batterie s’épuise vite. Au niveau confort et chauffage, très bien.

Een zeer prettig en net appartement, zeer centraal gelegen. Ski in en ski out vanuit dezelfde verdieping. Naast de supermarkt. Balkon in de middagzon. Enige nadeel is dat engelse kroegbezoekers midden in de nacht luidruchtig kunnen zijn op straat. Maar daar kan het appartement niets aan doen....

Apparemment agréable et bien situé, mauvais contact sur place
L'appartement est vraiment bien, je n'ai pas eu de problème de chauffage comme d'autres personnes ont pu l'écrire. Bien situé, calme, bien aménagé. Attention toute fois, il n'y a que quelques petites étagères en terme de rangement. La propriétaire a toujours été réactive et agréable. Par contre la société de gestion sur place est catastrophique. Arrivée tardive : à priori très agacée au téléphone, pas agréable, impatiente. Oubli des draps pour le premier soir. J'ai du allé au magasin le lendemain où il a fallu repasse 1 heure après car rien n'était prévu. À ce propos, la description du lieu du magasin est fausse : ce n 'est pas l'agence entre la supérette et caron ski shop, mais bel et bien le magasin de ski lui même, le caron ski shop. Pour finir, ayant oublié un pull, j'ai signalé cela à l'agence quelques heures après mon départ : pas de retour et en passant par la proprio, on me dit que rien n'a été retrouvé. État des lieux ou nouveaux locataires, j'ai du faire des heureux en cette période post Noël... Bref, loin d'être ma meilleure expérience au global. Dommage.

Kleine Wohnung in guter Lage
Wir haben die Wohnung zu viert für 1 Woche gebucht. Es gibt 1 Doppelbett sowie 1 Stockbett und 1 Schlafsofa. Toilette und Dusche sind getrennt was natürlich super ist. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung für 4 Personen doch recht klein was aber bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche zu verkraften ist. Es gibt noch zusätzlich einen Balkon und ein Abstellraum für das Ski Equipment im 1. OG. Der Zustand der Wohnung war gut und die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Ganz in der Nähe ist auch ein Spar Supermarkt der bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Zusammenfassend ist die Wohnung wirklich in Ordnung und ich kann diese mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen für all die, die eine günstige und moderne Ferienwohnung in Val Thorens suchen.

Очень хорошие апартаменты для семьи с 2-3 детьми. Отличное расположение в нижней части курорта, ski-in ski-out с обратной стороны здания, с 3-го этажа. В апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания. По соотношению цена/качество один из лучших вариантов.
