"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

"Upon arrival we were surprised by the amount of amenities Mr Kamuzu had left for us. I mean there were towels, disinfectant, soap etc… not only that but the TV had a wide variety of channels on. The living room is quite hot, even with the fan so bear that in mind. However, the bedroom is really cool with the AC. It was a bit smaller than I had anticipated but other than that this is an amazing condo!"

" We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday at this stunning ocean-view villa in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The villa's layout is impressive: 3 bedrooms with en-suite and balconies. "Nice place. Studio a bit on the small size but very clean. The jaccuzi and swimming pool was great. However, i would suggest that the owner invest in an awning at the front of the building because when it rains, it's awesome to look at, but the front door can not be opened, as the rain will pour in. Chris, the caretaker, is a great guy, very friendly and helpful."

"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "
