"We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. "The location and grounds were great. We rented out the full facility for our strategic offsite and everything worked great and there was plenty of room. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and well appointed. Most of all, the cleaning staff, groundskeepers, bartender and chefs were amazing and took such great care of all 13 of us.
