"Waking up every morning to gorgeous views of the sun rising over the Mediterranean...wonderful! We loved the location -- super close to trams and buses but far enough away from the heart of the touristy areas. Very clean and modern, we would stay here again if we came back. Minor things to mention: -No clothes dryer -Main bathroom is great but toilet is in separate tiny room -Would have liked more towels -Low supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, etc.) -Worst...

"This was a small apartment but adequate for our needs. Lovely balcony! The best feature is location. A block from the beach, a block from tobs of restaurants and a few blocks from old town. We would definitely stay again"

"My daughter and I came to Nice for her senior spring break, it was our first time to Europe. We were very happy with the location of this apartment, close to everything. It was beautiful, exactly as shown in photos! It was a short walk to the tram and bus stations, and we walked the little streets of Old Town Nice every night. Close to the market, so many delicious restaurants and bars… we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful experience! "

"There were 3 of us. The apartment provided everything we needed,there was the air conditioner a comfortable bed and it was really clean.We reached our host since the beginning without any problems he was really nice. I deeply recommend this place! We loved it "

"4 of us stayed at the apartment for a long weekend, it was very easy to get in and out of Nice and Cannes. Train station close and main bus square round the courner. Some beautiful restaurants and shops to choose from and very close. Apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable."

"Spacious, clean city apartment with everything needed for a break on the Côte d’Azur. Apartment was clean and comfortably furnished. It is 50 metres from the beach and restaurants. Apartment has an underground lock up garage so we were able to leave the car there and travel up and down the coast by rail. The station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Alex, the host, was super responsive. Would most certainly stay again if in the area."

"The property is gorgeous inside! Very comfortable with all the amenities you need. Delia was a great host. The location is ideal to see old town and walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was our first time visiting the area and it was perfect place to stay to see the main highlights. We took the train to Monaco for a day and that was very easy to do. "The location is unequalled! The living room overlooks the Promenade des Anglais on floor 1 (floor above the ground floor). The kitchen, dining and living form a great room w lots of light and ventilation. The bedrooms have windows but no real view. There was plenty of room for 2 of us, but we used all of the rooms for dressing and storage."

"Pierre was an excellent host and met us although we arrived late in the evening. He was very helpful and kind. The apartment was airy, bright and comfortable. The neighborhood is perfectly located near shops, restaurants and the port. We hope to return!"

"What a great place to stay when visiting Nice! Directly across from Blue Beach. Spend a little extra for the sea view room and listen to the sea all night long. The hotel, room and property was very clean. Excellent and attentive staff. The hotel is located in a safe area and still within about a 20 minute walk to Old Nice for the markets, shopping and dining. Take in the view from Castle Hill or for more activity, walk to see the view from the top of Mount Boron. "

"I enjoyed my brief stay here. The hotel is clean and well cared for. There are multiple areas to sit and relax in the lobby area which I liked. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Although I’m in Nice to learn French it was good to be able to converse in English when needed. I’ll definitely stay again. "

"I’ve stayed at some incredible five-star hotels in the past, but nothing compares to Hotel El Negresco. The experience was, by far, the most amazing I've ever had. I can't stop raving about the staff! Juliette and Philippe, the concierges, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was impeccable; they are the stars of the show. They arranged a car rental for us and recommended the most incredible places to see. This trip was very important for my family, and Jerome was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. He had our keys ready, an umbrella on hand, and ensured that we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff, including Tom and Eric at the front door, were also extremely attentive and welcoming. I can't forget to mention the wonderful ladies and gentlemen at breakfast. The service was top-tier! I’m sure I’m missing a few names, but every single staff member was amazing. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience, I highly recommend Hotel El Negresco! "
