The reception doesn’t open until 1400 hrs, but the instructions stated 1100 hrs. This caused our first day to be quite tiring and unenjoyable. "Not a fan. Very very budget. Limited communication. Not what we expected after staying at a similar property in the area. Not very clean. Little couch was quite worn. Table was wobbly so we couldn't sit to eat. Had to do the dishes which was fine, but the last people hadn't cleaned well. Minimal dishes, no toaster. Not in walking distance to anything, definitely not a grocery store. Only 10 parking spots for 44 units!! That was stressful because their option was paid parking (we booked here...

"I had a really good check-in experience. It was a few minutes walk from the train station, to my surprise public transport is very efficient in Stockholm and you could ride to the city center in less than 10 minutes from the property. The property was clean and robust communication set up! "
