"This is a wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful in every way. Our room was immaculate and spacious, worth every penny, though there were quite a few of those pennies! The breakfast is incredible as were the attendants. The location is great, a little quieter and away from the center, but close enough to walk everywhere. Easy access to the train. "Great location near train station and Florence sites. Easy to walk to many locations and to/from the train station. The room was clean and surprisingly big! That was a really nice surprise as we had to repack our bags and we had plenty of space. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was simple but good. The only complaint was the small shower - I’m petite so I managed but my tall husband had a bit more trouble. Overall I would recommend! "
