"The vibe of the place is all beautiful and bright and airy. The views from the balcony are beautiful of Florence and the vibe on the little alley on the side with the cafes and bars was lovely. The room is airy and not super congested like other European rooms I stayed in. Bathroom is not bad just a tight shower. If you’re a bigger person, like me, please upgrade to a bigger room to have a more comfortable bath and room. Staff was fantastic and very quick to respond with anything missing. Andrei was outstanding, always smiley, willing to help and give tips. The breakfast staff was lovely and helped me pack a to go box, since I was leaving so early the next day. No hot eggs or sausage but delightful baked goods, cheese and cold cuts, juice etc and all that jazz. Lovely cappuccino on demand and please save room for the chocolate Croissants baked on the spot!. Last but not least, take a few minutes to sit in the balcony and take the city in or go up to the roof for a magnificent view ❤️, Thank you everyone at Machiavelli for making this a memorable, hopefully repeatable stay :). "
