The neighborhood is cute and quiet but the busier area or closest market is down a large hill so keep that in mind if you don’t have a car. "

"Conveniently located to the airport, eating places, and shopping. The fireplace really came in handy during our stay in chilly March. The extra blankets and sheets were wonderful. The 2 assigned parking stalls are a little tight but we managed to park a van and a truck in the stalls. "

"We booked this house for its close location to SeaWorld. And it was only a 5 minute drive. The house was easy to check into and was quite large with plenty of room for the 7 of us that were staying. There were plenty of linens and pillows for everyone. We got to meet the manager/owner as we checked in and she was very nice and easy to talk to. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. "

It was located about 5 minutes from our convention venue near shelter island as well as lots of great food options (and a Ralphs just down the street) in Point Loma. We had downstairs bedrooms for the older ones who had trouble with stairs, a kitchen that was better stocked than most of the rentals we've stayed in, an amazing pool and hot tub, and THOSE VIEWS!
