"Our stay was great. Incredibly convenient and just steps away from just about everything. The day after we got home, my girlfriend realized she left her diamond pendant necklace on an end table in our room. I called right away and they had it. They offered to mail it to me that day but i only live an hour away and wanted to give something to the cleaning staff person. I will absolutely stay here again. "

"The Pell has recently opened and they have done a great job with the remodeling of the previous hotel. It was out first stay with them and they hit a home run with us. Staff were great, the restaurant/bar in the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and clean as could be. The hotel is a quick drive to Newport center and central to many places to eat. We will stay there the next time we are in town."
