The day after we got home, my girlfriend realized she left her diamond pendant necklace on an end table in our room. I called right away and they had it. They offered to mail it to me that day but i only live an hour away and wanted to give something to the cleaning staff person. I will absolutely stay here again. "

"The Pell has recently opened and they have done a great job with the remodeling of the previous hotel. It was out first stay with them and they hit a home run with us. Staff were great, the restaurant/bar in the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and clean as could be. The hotel is a quick drive to Newport center and central to many places to eat. We will stay there the next time we are in town."
