Very challenging on a Friday night with 3 children and an 80 year old mother. No response from property manager and VRBO seemed unable to help except to look into a refund. Had to find alternative accommodation as had a weekend of commitments - 6 people squashed into a very expensive hotel room and a cooler of food that spoiled."
