"Across from a large park, it’s nicely located and walkable to other attractions such as mile end area (longer 30 min walk, not for those who aren’t in somewhat decent shape). It’s an older building but nicely taken care of, don’t expect modern - expect cozy and homey. We had a couple bugs in our room but otherwise it was fairly clean, the room was very spacious and had what we needed. They don’t let you control the temperature of your room though so that could be a problem if it’s too hot or...

"St Laurent location was perfect for transit, restaurants and Montreal culture. The apartment was very comfortable and we appreciated the balcony to sit on. The manager Aret was very helpful with small requests. This is a lively neighborhood and can be noisy but it’s so close to Old Montreal, Chinatown and easy access by transit to everything. The neighbouring building is a low budget tourist rental and sadly had some noisy young people staying- other than that it was peaceful during the night."
