"This place was horrid. Floors were torn up. Kitchen counter tops were chipped. The tables were stained and worst of all the air conditioning didn’t work. This place bills itself as a suites hotel but looks no better than a 3rd rate flop house"

CHECK-IN: We wasted hours of our vacation around the arrival and departure time trying to get information from the management company. "Room smelled bad, the garbage was full and not changed. The bed was filled with long hair, signs that it was not cleaned. The room was noisy, you could hear the traffic on the street like it’s inside making it hard to sleep. You could also hear the water noise from the upper floors whenever someone flushes the toilet. The bathroom fan was super loud and annoying. "
