"Across from a large park, it’s nicely located and walkable to other attractions such as mile end area (longer 30 min walk, not for those who aren’t in somewhat decent shape). It’s an older building but nicely taken care of, don’t expect modern - expect cozy and homey. We had a couple bugs in our room but otherwise it was fairly clean, the room was very spacious and had what we needed.
