"A beautiful hotel, ideally located in the city center. The room is spacious and well-appointed. Although the renovation is a bit dated, it remains of very good quality and functional. I recommend asking for a room with a balcony and a view of Mount Royal. The staff is courteous and welcoming. Highly recommended, especially for families."

All the staff were great also, fluent in English and France. They had no problem storing our luggage after check-out, and even gave us a room upgrade!"

The room was noisy, you could hear the traffic on the street like it’s inside making it hard to sleep. You could also hear the water noise from the upper floors whenever someone flushes the toilet. The bathroom fan was super loud and annoying. "
