"Excellent location Pool is not heated freezing and sun only by the pool in late afternoon, building blocks it. No phones in room or by upstairs pool. Nobody to contact? Alarms going off saying emergency don’t use elevator, use stairs and they were locked? Front desk didn’t know anything about 12th floor pool alarms?"

"This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it offers a stunning view of the beach. The resort is well-organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly. There's also plenty of shopping nearby, and I highly recommend visiting Haulover Park on Tuesdays for the amazing food trucks. The food is delicious, and if you love beautiful gardens, you'll find some lovely ones there too"

"Hotel clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Only criticism is the bathtub. The bottom is narrow and slick. The grab bar is not well located. I consider the tub when used as a shower to be dangerous. It should have a mat on the bottom for better traction."
