Tasha the Supervisor was excellent, she is a great asset to the company. Otherwise from that , the first day of my vacation was terrible. I believe the hotel should have clean towels every other day especially staying there for four nights at least give us wash rags every day. They need more fresh fruits for breakfast

The area was clean and safe. Staff were very welcoming and attentive to my needs. Room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. I will always choose this hotel when I visit. If it’s available blessings to this hotel!!

The property was very limited because of construction. I had to walk around the building to get to my room because parts of the 1st floor where I was staying was blocked off. I’m 6 months pregnant so as you can imagine this was very difficult and frustrating. Other than that everything else was fine.

The room had a strong smell of mildew. A request to change the towels was ignored. A charge of $10 per package received by the front desk for customers (even books) seems excessive to me. Very good wi-fi (free), convenient parking and neighborhood and a decent price.

I recently stayed at the Sonesta ES Plantation and had a mixed experience. First, the location was quite convenient for our needs, which made our trip much smoother. It's strategically placed close to key attractions, making it easy to navigate the area. Breakfast offered decent options, although there was nothing to write about it. It was satisfactory for starting the day, but I hoped for more variety or flair. One noticeable aspect of our stay was the hotel's ongoing remodeling. While I appreciate that they are working to upgrade the facilities, the property felt outdated overall. Some areas felt a bit worn, and the decor could use a refresh to match modern expectations. Despite its busy nature, the hotel functioned well for our purpose, and we enjoyed our stay. If you're looking for a practical place in a good location, Sonesta ES Plantation may suit your needs but don't expect the latest amenities or modern design
