"Check in was easy, room was clean, quiet (I was in one of the rooms closest to the elevator and was fine sounds wise) and comfortable. I have seen some other reviews regarding dips in the mattress. My mattress appeared new but I also felt a dip so maybe the foundation underneath is the issue. Nothing major. I was able to sleep just fine. "
