"Very nice Riad in excellent condition and well located! The only 2 complaints were that the food was overpriced for the amount of food given AND they apparently do NOT work with the reservations made via hotels.com. We had reserved a room for 7 only to find out the largest available was for 4. However, the friendly owner finally came and was very accommodating, making it work for our family to comfortably fit into one of the rooms."

"Kamal at the front desk and the other gentleman are amazing and very helpful ! Also the restaurent staff were super nice ! I think Abdulatif and another guy. The only downside is the hotel is very quite, limited dining / food options and transportation! "

"The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc. "

"Overall, a nice and solid hotel. Did not have any issues and staff was pretty attentive. Breakfast was minimal but we were about to feed ourselves well before our next trip. In general, I would recommend staying if you are looking for state without much time in the room. While, the rooms are huge, the inside can be much better. We checked-in super late and checked out super early, so did not get time to properly feel the vibe. To summarize: functional and clean hotel"

"The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially Hind and Ishmael were outstanding. The breakfasts were extremely good and fulsome. We loved our bedroom which was huge and had a lovely terrace. It is about 25 minutes from the centre of Marrakech so a hire car is preferable, but an easy drive into town."

"Had a junior suite with a private roof terrace that was beautiful. The decor was great and the restaurant delicious. However, they barely speak English and are apprehensive to even give you extra towels. We requested two extra and they made us give them two used ones in exchange - what hotel does that? There were a few other service issues and lots of language barriers. If you want luxury my recommendation is to stay at a different hotel that understands the concept better. "
