"Very nice Riad in excellent condition and well located! The only 2 complaints were that the food was overpriced for the amount of food given AND they apparently do NOT work with the reservations made via hotels.com. We had reserved a room for 7 only to find out the largest available was for 4. However, the friendly owner finally came and was very accommodating, making it work for our family to comfortably fit into one of the rooms."

"Kamal at the front desk and the other gentleman are amazing and very helpful ! Also the restaurent staff were super nice ! I think Abdulatif and another guy. The only downside is the hotel is very quite, limited dining / food options and transportation! "

"The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc. "

"The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, shops and restaurants. We even walked to the medina several times. There is a fantastic restaurant nearby if you need a break from Moroccan flavours called Plus61. The room is spacious but odd, the toilet is next to the front door and the rest of the bathroom is across the entire room. The decor of the room is black and white and the toilet room is tiled completely matte black, it’s a dark and strange. The bed was comfortable and...

"Casa Taos is as close to perfection as is possible. The staff are so wonderful, the property is so peaceful and comfortable - there is nothing I would change. I couldn't recommend it more. Thank you Hisham, Ishmail and Ying for an incredible stay - you looked after us so well - it was just the break we needed."

"Had a junior suite with a private roof terrace that was beautiful. The decor was great and the restaurant delicious. However, they barely speak English and are apprehensive to even give you extra towels. We requested two extra and they made us give them two used ones in exchange - what hotel does that? There were a few other service issues and lots of language barriers. If you want luxury my recommendation is to stay at a different hotel that understands the concept better. "
