"This is the second time that I have stayed here and was not disappointed. The location is excellent as it is just off the main road and easy access into the centre or outside. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. We stayed in the the junior suite downstairs this time and it was clean and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and clean. "

"The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! To get a porter, we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them .. and we found the staff on the room behind the front desk chatting with each other! The bellboy and the porter and the spa staff were excellent! The resort...
