"The property needs to be renovated. This is not a 5* hotel. If you go there with the expectation of 3-4 stars you won’t be too disappointed. You have to request basic 5 stars amenities instead of it being provided in the rooms. The food is good and there is a variaty "

"Check in staff at the Golf Resort were fantastic and extremely helpful and accomodating. The Golf course was in great condition and a delight to play. The suite was in need of an update to fixtures & fittings in particularl the towels, door handles, plug points and wardrobe doors needed more tlc. Lovely gardens with great view points and lots of water fountains. A big concern was that the clean up staff washed down the paths every morning between 9-10am which meant that it was very slippery...

"The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! To get a porter, we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them .. and we found the staff on the room behind the front desk chatting with each other! The bellboy and the porter and the spa staff were excellent! The resort...
