"Veru pleasant stay at this hotel. They have good options at the restaurant with reasonable prices, entertainment, good free breakfast, sauna, and a nice small game room. When booking, be aware of the location of the room, the high up ones can be quite the walk up, but with amazing views. They also have a photography service, rental car booth, excursion booth and clothing store. Staff was amazing they were always so helpful. "I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that."

"O melhor do flat é a localização. Com vistas para a praia de ponta negra e o morro do careca, está próximo de tudo: bares, farmácias, padarias, restaurantes, praia, etc. As únicas coisas ruins: i) o estacionamento é muito pequeno e não suporta a quantidade de carros, fazendo com que tenhamos que estacionar no meio da rua; ii) A internet do flat é péssima. Para quem vai a trabalho e precisa usar a internet, não conte com ela porque não funciona para nada."
