"This hotel is perfectly situated next to Pistoia town, half way between Pisa and Florence and a perfect quiet calm stop between the two. Sadly the pool was not working the day we were there which was a disappointment but apart from that the service was excellent and the team were lovely and friendly."

"Amazing staff was so helpful - I wanted to go to the zoo just nearby but the road is a very heavy traffic and no footwalk so the two girls was so nice to drive me there and pick me up when I was done with the zoo ❤️❤️❤️ Regarding staying there it must be nice in the summer when the pool is open - because it is I the middle of nowhere and not a lot to do "

We arrived shortly after having made the booking for and were kept waiting by the woman in reception whilst she did her best to charge us more by saying the booking had been for one person (it had not) and then that the room she was giving us was more expensive than the one we had booked and we might have to pay more (we refused).
