"This hotel is perfectly situated next to Pistoia town, half way between Pisa and Florence and a perfect quiet calm stop between the two. Sadly the pool was not working the day we were there which was a disappointment but apart from that the service was excellent and the team were lovely and friendly."

"We were given a very warm and friendly welcome on our first visit to Italy. The hotel organised transfers from and back to Florence airport, which was great. Our room was ‘home from home’ comfortable. We would have appreciated SKY television as we don’t speak Italian (we could though, connect to our Netflix)"
