"Terrible hotel! Noicy, heard everyting happening in the korridor, and people talking in their rooms. Even heard our neibour snoring! When someone above us flushed the toilet it sounded like the water was going to pour over us.... Poor breakfast, and the breakfastlady was loud and unfriendly. We checked out a day early, couldn´t stay one more night!"

"We had great time at Hotel Nuovo Savi, the staff is kind and efficient, breakfast is very good, the rooms are quite clean. The location is great, as it is close to train station as well as the city center. The building and the rooms require renovation, but for us it was not a problem."

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."
