"This property is right in LHR which makes getting to your flight a breeze. We were on the 13th floor and the room was very quiet. The windows have great noise reduction, I could not hear the airport, but I could view all the planes flying in an out."

"The services I have got there are so much beyond the standard of service in many 5 stars hotels I have stayed. The crew is very attentive and work hard to fix any small issues - I was waiting for food for maybe a few minutes longer than expected and the manager approached acknowledging it was late and offering me a free beer - I haven’t complained or anything! They are taking good care of the place. If there is one thing I didn’t like is the surrounding area, but that’s the price to pay and stay close to the airport."

"Spacious, clean, modern room and great shower. I had an excellent dinner and breakfast. The gym is missing a few dumbbells, but that seems a common phenomenon in gyms (do people steal them?). The staff is very friendly and attentive. It makes flying in/ out of Heathrow more enjoyable. "
