"We loved our stay here - our initial worry that it was a little far from town and the slopes was unfounded, as the bus shuttle service that the hotel ran was prompt and could take us anywhere at any time. Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. "We booked this property over others in the area because it advertised hot tub and sauna. When we arrived after a long drive from Livigno we were surprised to hear we couldn’t use it at all. Not only was it an extra $15 euro pp, they said it was fully booked. Our room was very noisy and didn’t get much sleep as we could hear our neighbours TV all night. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but the hotel was not what we thought we signed up for. "

"I would stay at hotel again. We stayed for a week for skiing with two kids (6yo and 3yo). It was very convenient. The ski school was next door and the rental shop was down stairs. The hotel is very kid friendly. There is a kids club (TH Land) and they were awesome! They picked up the kids from ski school. The primary negative about the hotel was the dinner schedule. They don’t serve dinner until 730pm, which was not all that convenient with smaller kids (note most restaurants in town...

"This is a very dated property. The trees are over grown. The lobby is dingy and feels very out of date. The flower boxes were all unwatered and dead.
