"There is no real air flow expect opening the balcony door and the let’s the moths in, feels very claustrophobic. Very hot without A/C. The mattress feels like a sofa bed mattress with the springs and needs updating. The towels are thin and don’t absorb water well and the breakfast was the worst we’d had in our 3wk trip to Italy. For reference, we stayed in 4 additional hotels. They request you leave your key when you go out of the hotel but they leave it where anyone could pick it up, not behind a desk. Did not feel secure so I denied the request to leave it."

"The hotel is small and exceptionally well managed by the owners Francisco and Frederica Stefanie, who are true service people who do their job with a smile and always a kind word. They work hard and are always available to make your stay a good one. The front desk person, Sylvia, helped me in ways words cannot express. My passport and license was kept by Alamo at Malpensa. I called the hotel and Sylvia made all the arrangements to get my passport delivered because Alamo failed to offer ways to return it to me. By the time I got to the hotel I was in a state of panic and exhaustion. The staff attended to every need I had, from the lost passport to picking me up after I could not find the hotel due to exhaustion. My dining experience was exceptional and the dinner menu never failed to make my evenings memorable. The pastries were my favorite part of each meal and knowing I couldn’t resist trying a few was one of my fondest indulgences this past week at the Hotel Diana. I recommend this well managed and comfortable hotel at the highest level for exceeding my needs and going beyond the typical experiences I have had traveling over many years. If I go back to this area, I would never look at any other place to stay because they this one does everything with their hearts and personal touch. I felt safe, cared for and pampered here. They exceeded every expectation I didn’t even know I might have and a review of 10 is not high enough to describe this wonderful place. "

"A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"

"We booked this property over others in the area because it advertised hot tub and sauna. When we arrived after a long drive from Livigno we were surprised to hear we couldn’t use it at all. Not only was it an extra $15 euro pp, they said it was fully booked. Our room was very noisy and didn’t get much sleep as we could hear our neighbours TV all night. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but the hotel was not what we thought we signed up for. "
