"The house was great and the pool is wonderful. The backyard felt like an oasis- very comfortable and relaxing. The house is as great as it looks in the pictures with very comfortable beds and linens. We had on small question that was addressed immediately by the host. Highly recommend this house!"

"Property was clean but had some maintenance issues , tv in Master broke, bedroom light bulb needed replaced, toaster oven did not work Toaster only toasted one side doors missing in freezer no kitchen towels or wash rags , oven/ stove very uneven & not all burners worked , only 3 forks in drawer floaters for pool torn called management & they brought more forks but did not address any other issues "

"The house was lovely and clean and we felt so comfortable there! The backyard was a little piece of heaven! And I can’t say enough good things about our host(s)! They were super helpful and responsive and the attention to detail in the house really set it apart! We will be back! "

"This is the third time we have stayed here and usually have a better experience. It is in a very convenient location, close to the beach as well as shops. It has a great amount of space for a family and is super cute. There is a disparity between what VRBO communicates and what the owner thinks VRBO communicates. "The exterior of the building could use some work. Parking is a bit tight. The condo itself was nice with good views but there are some issues that need addressed. The downstairs bedroom had a curtain on the wall covering a window at one time that got ripped out and was never fixed/replaced. "A lot of construction going on outside, and the walls are thin, so you can hear pretty much anything going on outside/next door. But other than that the stay was nice, clean, good parking and friendly staff "

Perfect, comfortable and clean. Excellent location

"Absolutely loved this hotel as a solo traveller. Great location near South beach right next to Lincoln Road Mall with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. About a 20min walk from the beach. Staff were lovely, the rooms and premises were spotless and amenities were great. The pool was nice, large and warm. The bar drinks (lobby and pool) were great too! The highlight for me was how everything in the room (lights, climate, tv etc. ) was all controlled by your personal iPad. The shower was strong and had good force too! One of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed at and would visit again in a heartbeat."

"My family of 4 loved staying here! The 2 bedroom is very spacious and comfortable with a balcony and beautiful view of the bay. The salted warm water pool was refreshing every morning and the pool area vibe was cool. We enjoyed the restaurant at the pool area as well. Would definitely come back again. "
