"Hi- this place was friendly, clean and looks like the picture. I will say it is an older establishment. But it is kept in very good condition. As mentioned before there is no tv but I didn’t care about that. Also the walls are thin so you can hear outside noises. Safe neighborhood. Wonderful host. Very convinient location. "

"Be aware that for this price in Miami, you are booking accommodation in an area you need to be careful around, with guests who have any openly admitted history of drug taking and crime. I needed a one night stay in Miami and did not realise that, as a solo traveller/backpacker I felt quite out of place here. Considering this, I had no issues, my roommates were kind and check in was easy."
