"First night in Recife and we wanted a place close to the beach as well as food and bars. The Pasada is located a little bit off the main beach street. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The parking for the car was very secure. The room was located on the second floor, Not that we needed an elevator but there was not one. "I had a fine stay, but the room wasn’t as nice as typical ibis rooms (I stay in ibis hotels often). The lobby is modern and updated but the room I stayed in needed some updating to match the lobby and typical ibis rooms. "

"Great hotel, very good location, new construction. Staff is friendly but they just don’t follow up on guests’ requests. Six phone calls - all in Portuguese - to the front desk, no call back. Simply ignored. I think they feel bad to say no so they prefer ignoring rather than declining a request or explaining why they can’t help. That is however a minor detail given the hotel location and comfort level. "
