The pool area is really nice and large. The 3 pools are at different levels with water falls. Did and drink service and towels provided. Or hotel room was clean and comfortable with a large shower and strong water pressure! Good food.

Ruim, reservei o quarto para quatro pessoas, solocitei 04 camas e chegando no Hotel não tinha camas solteiro separadas, até aí tudo bem, mas nada foi feito para solucionar o problema e passaram p eu resolver o problema com Hotéis.com, não tinha tempo pois era somente uma reserva e já sairíamos no outro dia, foi uma noite pessima de total desconforto com duas camas de casal pequena para quatro homens, se soubesse que não havia camas separadas ou alguma solução não teria realizado a reserva.

Soweit ein gutes Hotel für den Preis in Brasilien erwartbar. Das Restaurant und die Bar im Hotel entgegen meinen Erwartungen aber recht günstig (Preis-Leistung) Einziges Problem die Höhe, mit Höhenangst ist der schöne Ausblick eher ein Graus.

O hotel é muito agradável para viagem em família. Funcionários educados desde a recepção, camareiras, garçons e suporte na área da piscina. Hotel muito bem localizado e quartos muito bons. Dentro do hotel tem um bom restaurante, agência de viagens, lanchonete, máquina com comidas e bebidas e loja de roupas. Tem todo tipo de restaurante nas proximidades, podendo ir andando tranquilamente, com destaque para a churrascaria Ponteio e a Cantina Di Luigi. As duas senhoras que servem a tapioca e a omelete no café da manhã são muito simpáticas. O café da manhã tem boas opções para vários gostos e a área é satisfatória. O elevador é moderno e só vai ao seu andar se você inserir seu cartão do quarto. Meu quarto foi muito bem limpo e arrumado pela funcionária Eridiana. Voltarei aqui sempre que precisar vir à Recife. Minha grande preocupação: não vi nenhum controle com relação a quem entra no hotel. Eles não dão pulseiras, então qualquer pessoa vinda da rua entra tranquilamente, o que é um enorme perigo e uma situação bastante preocupante. Para subir pelo elevador, é necessário inserir o cartão para escolher o andar, porém uma pessoa com más intenções poderia entrar com outro hóspede e descer no mesmo andar que ele. Não vi também nenhum segurança na entrada principal. Um dia chegamos da rua e fomos direto para a piscina, sem que ninguém nos abordasse. Precisam ajustar isso urgentemente.
