"Hotel muito bem localizado em Boa viagem. Quarto limpo, tudo novinho. Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã excelente. Só não dou nota 10 porque cobrar 16 reais em um chocolate(um bis com oreo) achei surreal. Fora isso, foi tudo excelente."

"I started my stay having to carry my suitcase up two stairs because both elevators were not working. My television did not work properly.I could not make outgoing calls anywhere from the hotel, phone was just for talking to desk clerk . of the seven days I stayed there only once did tee maid clean my room and even then all she did was made my bed not even changing my sheets .the coffee at breakfast was horrible my coffee back in the US is better then the coffee they were serving."
