Luzeiros Hotel is a nice place to stay. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are provided. The location is great for those who would like to visit Rio Mar Shopping. This Mall has lots of great food options, and a variety of stores.

O Hotel é bem localizado, mesmo fora do circuito de Boa Viagem, fica ao lado do maior e melhor shopping da cidade. Como pontos negativos ficam a qualidade dos colchões e enxoval que precisam de renovação e da limpeza do quarto. Como pontos positivos ficam a localização e principalmente o atendimento que foi excelente. No final se demonstrou ser um ótimo custo benefício.

O hotel e seus funcionários são ótimos. O restaurante que funciona dentro das instalações deixa a desejar qto ao serviço oferecido na área de piscina. É necessário que o usuário use o interfone cada vez q deseje consumir itens oferecidos pelo restaurante. É necessário que seja oferecido ao hóspede um melhor serviço. Esse item compromete o hotel pois funciona dentro do mesmo.
