"I’ve been staying at this property for over 10 years, and it’s gone through some massive changes. Some positive, some not. The rooms used to be much more spacious, and they used to offer two double beds. Now it’s two twins and the room is ridiculously tiny. Disappointing for sure. It’s very dark, now, as well. "Reception a little slow, always seemed to be in the restaurant area. Room was larger than average for central London which is a positive. As is the location, a few minutes walk from Victoria. Room temperature was an issue and adjusting thermostat didn’t seem to make a difference. As a regular traveller to London I probably wouldn’t stay here again, certainly better options available for the cost of the stay."
