"I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful hotel. It has every amenity and a top-notch breakfast (get the full grid!), and it’s family owned and operated, so there’s very much a personal touch. Conveniently located near Victoria, but also in a quiet little part of Pimlico. Highly recommended!"

"Reception a little slow, always seemed to be in the restaurant area. Room was larger than average for central London which is a positive. As is the location, a few minutes walk from Victoria. Room temperature was an issue and adjusting thermostat didn’t seem to make a difference. As a regular traveller to London I probably wouldn’t stay here again, certainly better options available for the cost of the stay."

"My friend and I stayed here for two nights as we traveled around London. The rooms were smaller and didn't have an elevator but we managed. The staff were supper helpful and really nice. The breakfast was AMAZING with a lot of selection. They set up a taxi to take is to the airport when we left and also to do a big bus tour around London. Over all we would recommend this to anyone."

"Service was nice when checking in Room was standard but warm. Just shower we did not use as the ceiling was black from old mould spots. Tried to wait to see if anyone arrived when checking out but didnt, as wanted to tell them about the drip outside 201 window. Something is leaking and dripping constantly on a chair outside the window. As the windows are the old sash ones their is no noise protection, so heard it all night!"
