The castle is right across the street. the hotel is old, not a complaint just stating a reason why one lift was broken down. my room was very small and I had no USB plug in my room. "I used Just Park for overnight parking. The transfer from having the car park pin code to excellent and speedy check-in to the perfect " pod-like” room with separate w.c., comfortable bed, and small desk to work on was seamless. The room was spotless throughout. There is a very handy convenience store opposite the front entrance. I will definitely stay here again."

"Really enjoyed our stay in Cardiff - hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is that the rooms don’t have usb charging points for phones - I didn’t think to bring a charging plug as most hotels don’t need them nowadays - and I really don’t want to be going back and for to reception to charge my phone. It just makes the hotel seem a little dated - apart from that the hotel was nice and clean."
